what can i do to improve it?
You could have the engine ported, polished and blue printed.
Porting enlarges and changes the transfer ports to move more fuel and air through the engine.
Polishing the ports does the same thing.
Blue printing refers to having the engine assembled so that the optimal clearance exist between all of the moving parts. This is the way factory race engines are built. It usually means starting with new and sometimes unfinished parts and machining them to get the running clearances so that there is neither too little or too much clearance.
After this you will need to have the carb re-jetted or even put on a different carb. Your list did not include a high flow Air Cleaner in your current improvements. A K&N or Twin Air filter will also help move more air fuel through the engine.
